GRAN BAJOZ
Gran Bajoz takes its name from the Bajoz River that flows near the town of Morales de Toro in Zamora. It is made exclusively with selected grapes and harvested by hand of the tempranillo variety (Tinta de Toro), from old vines with a low production. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September when the optimal ripening conditions are given.
TASTING NOTES
Wine of dark cherry color with violet reflections, on the nose its notes of red and black fruits, plum jam and coffee surprise. In the mouth it is powerful, tasty, toasted and with very polished tannins.
PAIRING
A perfect wine to accompany Moderna cuisine dishes, roasted meats or powerful starters.
