BAJOZ TEMPRANILLO
Bajoz Tempranillo takes its name from the Bajoz River that flows near the town of Morales de Toro in Zamora. It is made exclusively with selected and hand-harvested Tempranillo grapes (Tinta de Toro), from vines up to 40 years old. The result is a fruity and well-balanced wine.
TASTING NOTES
With an enveloping cherry color, with violet reflections, on the nose it offers clear and intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, currant and black licorice. In the mouth it is structured, persistent and fleshy.
PAIRING
It is a very versatile wine and harmonizes with a large number of dishes, especially with red meat, white meat, sausages, pizza or pasta.
