Bajoz Crianza takes its name from the Bajoz River that flows near the town of Morales de Toro in Zamora. It is made exclusively with selected and hand-harvested tempranillo grapes (Tinta de Toro), from vines up to 40 years old. The result is a fruity and well-balanced wine.
Attractive cherry color and garnet trim. With aromas of red fruits and notes of cream and vanilla, after passing through new American and French oak barrels. In the mouth it is fleshy and with polished tannins.
It accompanies meats, roasts, stews and cured cheeses.
